We have put together these Terms and Conditions to make sure you understand why you have been invited to join the Shoppers Team, as well as what is involved once you have become a member

If you have received an e-mail inviting you to join the Shoppers Team, this is because:

1. You were previously a member of the Sainsbury’s Team, which was also run by Tpoll
  OR
2. You have opted to receive emails from third parties when purchasing products/services or requesting information from various companies

To become a Shoppers Team member you must complete and submit the registration questionnaire that is located on the Shoppers Team homepage

• Any personal information you tell us, either on the registration questionnaire or subsequent questionnaires, is confidential and will not be sent on to any third parties, except in cases where third parties are used to send you information by post that is relevant to Shoppers Team members
• Any information you provide to us through completing a questionnaire will be in aggregate form only; this means your name will not appear alongside any information you give us
• You will not be sold or marketed to in any way by any party as a result of the information you provide in the registration questionnaire or any subsequent questionnaires
• Tpoll ensures that your personal details are held in a secure database that cannot be accessed by anyone not directly involved in managing the Shoppers Team

• You will receive regular emails as a Shoppers Team member however never more than once every two weeks
• You can unsubscribe from the Shoppers Team at any time by visiting the website at http://www.shoppersteam.co.uk and following the instructions
• As a Shoppers Team member you may request help from Tpoll with technical or research related queries. Tpoll will only address such queries where a member has specifically requested help. Tpoll will not ask third parties to reply to the respondent on their behalf
• You may have queries that require a direct response from a company conducting a survey. If this is the case, please contact that company directly through their customer service

• The prize draw is open to respondents who complete the survey prior to 21/08/06*. Only one submission per email address will be entered into the draw.
• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entrants on 22/08/2006.
• The winner will be notified by email before 25/08/2006. Delivery of the prize will be within 4 weeks of the email.
• The prize consists of one £20 Shoppers Voucher.
• There are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
• The name of the winner will be available after 28/08/2006 by sending an SAE to Shoppers Team Prize Draw, 1B Saltoun Road, London, SW2 1EN.
• The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The promoter is Tpoll Market Intelligence Ltd whose registered office is 30 St James St, London, SW1A 1HB
